Qualifying Criteria

Based in Africa or primarily working within the African music industry
2
Active in an A&R capacity for at least 2 years within the eligibility period
3
Demonstrated measurable impact on artist development or commercial success
4
Signed, developed, or championed at least one commercially successful or critically recognised artist or recording
5
Contributed to the growth of the African music industry through talent discovery or creative direction
