Qualifying Criteria

Based in Africa or primarily managing African artists

Actively managing at least one artist throughout the eligibility period
3
Demonstrated measurable growth in the managed artist's career (streaming, touring, press, deals)

Strong industry reputation for professionalism and artist advocacy
5
At least 2 years of active artist management experience
