Voting rules
Please understand how paid public votes are purchased, confirmed, and counted before checking out.
How voting works
- 1Choose a voting category and add votes directly to one or more nominee cards.
- 2Review every nominee and quantity in your basket before continuing to secure checkout.
- 3Complete payment through Yoco. Votes are counted only after the payment is verified.
Purchase and participation rules
- Voting is unlimited. You may buy more than one vote and divide your votes between nominees and categories.
- No account is required to build a basket or make a payment. An email receipt can be requested after payment, and that address is not treated as marketing consent.
- The closing time stops new checkouts. A secure Yoco checkout created before closing may still be completed, and counts only after Yoco confirms payment.
- Automated or fraudulent activity may be rejected. Votes attached to a refunded Yoco payment are removed from the vote totals.
- Public vote totals are not displayed while voting is open.
Payments, refunds and records
Your basket is not an official vote record. Each allocation becomes an official vote only after a verified successful-payment notification is received.
If a payment is refunded through Yoco, the corresponding votes are reversed in the voting ledger. A failed or cancelled checkout does not count any votes.
The payment confirmation page provides an order reference. Providing an email address afterward is optional and is used to send the requested receipt.
